Crisis originally means -a turning point- that is, the point where we have to make a decision because the way we have thought, lived, and acted until now is no longer possible. 

We have the opportunity to change the way we look at ourselves and our challenges.

 

We can learn to choose our thoughts, and we can walk the best possible path for us.

 

We can recognize and transform our trained, unconscious patterns and fears, and understand what we are here in this world for.

 

The goal is for you to become whole again, live in coherence with your inner longing, and be happy.

 

This path is actually quite simple but not easy; it requires discipline, resilience, courage, and above all, self-love

Connect with the Elements, drink water, ground your feet to the earth, make a symbolic fire, and feel the air in your face.

Connect with your senses: what do you see? what do you smell? what do you hear? what do you touch?

Eat roots and nourish to reconnect with Mother Earth.

Hydrate well, and drink pure clear water.

Check your sleep. Are you sleeping enough?

Breath consciously.
